Deborah was fantastic, not only a pleasure, but also fun to work with! We worked together on the sale of my parents condo in the West Palm area. Since my parents were locked-down in NY and technologically challenged the entire transaction was archaically remote. As a construction and real estate professional in the Atlanta area - they asked for my assistance. Deborah's communication was spot-on and at times she managed dealing with 2 and 3 points of contact to ensure everyone in our family was aware of what was going on. She never hesitated to take my calls - and if she was unavailable, I generally received a call back within an hour. Communication and integrity is key in what Deborah does - and she went above and beyond. I highly recommend her - and if she was in the Atlanta area, we would continue to work together. Totally satisfied with Deborah's work as my real estate agent. I am an out of state owner of a Florida condo which I wanted to re-rent. I responded to a mailer she sent to me in Maryland. We talked and she proposed a plan to rent the condo in a specified time frame and for a specified amount. She also explained her advertising plan. Deborah did a walk thru and a minor home inspection. She checked the refrigerator, stove air conditioning etc and gave me her list of to do items. She arranged for all work to be done and took it upon herself to stage the unfurnished condo, a bit, to show better. We phoned and than texted or e-mailed all important info so we had a complete paper trail. Her response time for all communications was excellent and answers were concise and to the point. I recommend her wholeheartedly, Deborah is a totally knowledgeable and dedicated professional.

I've had the pleasure of working with Debbie two times in the last year. She will always make time for you and really knows her stuff - she can answer any question or concern you might have. I live in another state during both these transactions and she smoothly guided me through the entire process. I will certainly look her up the next time we need to buy/sell real estate. Deborah sold my condo in FL without me having to leave my home in Rhode Island. I signed a contract with her on 9/15, and on 10/31 we were under contract. All paperwork was singed electronically and proceeds from the sale were deposited directly in my bank account. Deb was terrific!!! She is a hard worker, she got my condo ready to be shown and had plenty of open-houses. Other real estate agents told me the market was slow because of the elations. They were wrong! Deb was trustworthy and efficient. I highly recommend her services.

I live in VA and decided to sell my condo in FL. I didn't know how this was possible, being so many miles away, but Debbie made it stress free. Came to FL in June to take out the items I wanted and signed a contract with Debbie. Our pool was open but I had to provide my own chair or lounger, Debbie lent me her personal chair. Using her professions experience she did some staging ( rearranging furniture) to make the condo more appealing.She lowered the hurricane shutters, returned cable boxes, just days before closing the batteries in the A/C thermostat died and she replaced them. She went above and beyond what many realtors would do. She kept me informed every step of the way making this whole process a piece of cake..

Debbie is and will remain the best agent have ever dealt with. The extra time and things she did to make the deal was beyond the pale.I could not believe she was able to put my hurricane shutters in since I have been in Ohio. She also met with my painter and since the Palm Beach water department has not returned my calls to turn on the water, she personally went to the department to get service. She is and was very accessible no matter what day. She is definitely the best.!!!

Greg and I appreciate your expertise and service with the Sale of Greg's Moms home. Being in the situation of living in Wisconsin and taking on the care giver role for her we found that you cared about her and went beyond your duties as our realtor. We could not be there but found your knowledge and communication skills were exceptional.

Let me start out by first saying never buying a home before I had no idea what to do nor did I have a realtor, I looked on the ER a site and just picked Debbie out I also want to say I have some disabilities I had no idea what to do I had found a place I lights but was not even pre-approved yet upon calling Debbie and explaining all this to her the first thing she said was let's go take a look at it and we liked it so from that point on Debbie stayed right by my side through the whole process filing and filling out all of the paperwork even things that I should have done. There was a few bumps along the way but Debbie persisted and pursued and made the deal go through. She truly became a friend to us and I believe that she was God sent, every time I needed her she was there all the way through the end even offering to bring boxes and help pack if I needed her. There definitely needs to be more people like her in this world. From the very beginning of meeting her I felt she was on our side and proved herself Time After Time. It was so nice to know that there are still honest and decent people out there and I am confident if I needed her even now she would be here for me.
